The moment before change lands.
A joint offering pairing transformation and experience design with strategic communications. A threshold is the point after a decision has been made but before it has been announced, felt, or acted on: the last moment an organisation can still shape how a change lands, rather than explain it afterwards.
Know the field.Design how business and technology serve people.
Change often separates the organisational work from the story told about it. Field One redesigns the service, culture and experience. Marforce shapes the timing and narrative around the same decisions. Both parts develop together from the first day.
Every phase is delivered by both of us: nothing handed off, nothing sold separately. Which of us leads shifts by phase, some led by Jana, with Marina keeping the narrative honest to the work; others led by Marina, with Jana keeping the work honest to the story. The lead changes. The room doesn't.
Every phase produces a named deliverable, not an abstraction, and every phase is co-owned, even when only one of us is leading it.
A joint sprint of stakeholder interviews, current-state journey mapping, and a narrative audit, surfacing what is happening on the ground against what is officially said, before anything gets redesigned. Who's involved: leadership plus a small cross-functional group, in interviews and one joint framing workshop.
Deliverables: Discovery & Framing Report, current-state journey map, narrative audit, the brief that scopes what follows.
Concept and service design work redraws the offering itself: new service logic, culture shifts, and the experience people will have, built through structured concept workshops. Who's involved: core project team and subject-matter experts, in a series of collaborative concept workshops.
Deliverables: Concept Directions Deck, Journey Map & Experience Blueprint, Service & Culture Blueprint.
The internal and external story is built around the new concept in parallel with the design work, ready the moment the concept is, not months after the fact. Who's involved: leadership and the comms team, running alongside Reconceive rather than after it.
Deliverables: Change Narrative Pack, Executive Positioning Brief, Stakeholder Risk & Framing Map.
Concept and narrative land together in one joint session: a single leadership moment, not two advisors presenting two separate reports on two different days. Who's involved: leadership team, with both of us facilitating jointly.
Deliverables: the Launch Alignment Session, one joint leadership presentation, launch-ready concept and narrative package.
The complete arc end to end: the organisation reconceived and the story that lands it, built together from the first framing session to the joint leadership launch. Good for mergers, restructuring, leadership-level change.
A compressed, fully joint pass through the arc: enough to frame the change, sketch a direction, and test the narrative. A first project together, or the right scope for a smaller change. Good for testing the fit, a first engagement together.
Large organisations mid-transformation: mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, leadership transition, culture change.
A name, the challenge, and a rough timeline are enough to start.
